We recommend every Compass Agent start with Marketing Center ads. It’s a really inexpensive way to get started with digital. You’ll learn the lingo (Impressions, Clicks, CPCs) and have an expectation for how far your marketing dollars can go.
In our experience, we see Agents look for external vendors when they’re looking for more flexibility or targeting options. You want to be able to target a single zip code or you want to promote a property to a specific kind of buyer. -
Most Agents are surprised to hear that our prices are all-in. We don’t charge startup fees, we don’t make you sign a lengthy contract and we don’t surprise you with extra fees after you launch.

It’s up to you. We’ve made the process of getting started super simple and straightforward even for agents that aren’t super comfortable with digital. Some agents get setup themselves, others rely on their support staff to work with us.
We track how long it takes Agents to request an ad with us: 98% of requests take less than 5 minutes. -
We use Google as our digital supply chain and don’t run any social ads. Our ads will appear on the websites that your audience visits (e.g., The New York Times, Fox News, ESPN), but never on Facebook or Instagram.

We never make any claims or guarantees of results. Each Agent’s targeting, creative and where we send their traffic to is different. The average agent works with us for 6-12 months, though they can cancel at any time.

We never promise or guarantee any leads. We can rent you a fishing boat and give you reels and bait, but we can’t guarantee that you’ll go home having caught a fish.
The Compass Agents that see the most success with us have this in common:
* They run property ads with us because they see it as a client relationship tool. They want their Seller to see their home promoted on top-tier publications and want an easy client-facing tool that shows off their digital marketing efforts.
* They run brand ads to both their Farm and to their CRM. Agents that run with us for 2-3 months typically report people in their Sphere telling them “I see your ads all the time!” They are less likely to hear positive feedback from their Farm, but that’s typical of any other outreach you might do via print or mail that is building long-term branding. -
You can either use one of our free templates, one of our paid options or you can sync with your Compass Support staff for a custom ad.
