An active listing! 😆
If you choose our Starter ($350) or Standard ($550) packages, all you need is a link to the listing either on compass.com or your site.
Our Plus ($750) package will allow you to share a YouTube link of the listing that we’ll use for video ads. The video must be on YouTube (not Vimeo!).
If you choose our Luxury ($1,150) package you’ll be able to add an export of your CRM and physical addresses that you’d like to geofence. These are optional tactics that if skipped, the budget will be reallocated to the remaining tactics.

50% of Compass Agents choose to use at least 1 add-on to their base package to amplify their campaign. Some of our most popular options for listing campaigns include Enhanced Targeting and Youtube Ads.
